Salmon Jerky

This was not my first order from Climax Jerky the first time getting the smoked salmon. As someone else said, I was surprised & disappointed in getting small pieces of jerky instead of the strips shown in the picture. With that being said, the jerky had a good taste and I will probably get again.

I was visiting Breckenridge from Florida. I saw this little cart. I tried the smoked salmon first and loved it. The owner was very friendly and happy to let me try any of the jerky. I bought a bag of the smoked salmon. Now I’m ordering more to ship to FL!!

It was good but I thought it would be in long stripes not in small pieces

I love this, but the salt content is a little much!
Great flavor, tho!
Never had this before and was a great gift!
