As someone else said, I was surprised & disappointed in getting small pieces of jerky instead of the strips shown in the picture. With that being said, the jerky had a good taste and I will probably get again.
AAbby BarkleyAmazing!I was visiting Breckenridge from Florida. I saw this little cart. I tried the smoked salmon first and loved it. The owner was very friendly and happy to let me try any of the jerky. I bought a bag of the smoked salmon. Now I’m ordering more to ship to FL!!

However, I should note that the ice pack that came with this order was room temperature by the time it arrived standard shipping. :-( I ate the jerky anyway, obviously.

The gluten free does taste differently than the regular buffalo jerky.
