Needs to be thicker cut, and more flavor and spice, I have to be honest the best garlic jerky I've had was from smoking gun jerky in Lincoln Neb. The extreme garlic jerky, but they cut it too thin, when I make my own I cut the meat 3/8 inch thick

Would have given it 5 stars but I just like the plain Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky better. Just personal taste.
