It had good flavor, and great taste.

We as a whole that that the alligator jerky was tough and not a lot of flavor. Actually from what I have heard about alligator meat, I was disappointed.

I bought a package of the alligator jerky at a local fall fest. Just finished it in one sitting and wishing I bought more!

Very good flavor and texture. The portions were as advertised and delivery prompt. The price is quite high for this product, yet a nice treat.

It was amazing the way gar fish is cleaned and fileted for first time and now I like to know the best way to cook it's beautiful meat.
