Although the meat still tastes good. It's not near the freshness of what I bought at our local City of Thornton winterfest. Given the extreme cost I'm not sure i would purchase again.

Last bag was good, but not as good as first. Ate a little, threw the rest in freezer a couple days and somehow it tasted stale or something.

I buy only Climax jerky’s. The elk and buffalo are excellent and the peppered and spicy variations never disappoint.

Tried this jerky at Vail Co. while on vacation. I really enjoyed it so ordered 20 packs to share with my family back home. Everyone in my family likes it so I will be ordering more. Very good jerky!

Love Climax Jerky. It’s the best Jerky we can ever find. Quality meats!
This and the spicy jerky are the two most wonderful jerky products I have ever had. Elk jerky is something I have trouble finding, and I find myself wishing I was back in Colorado so I could pick up some more. I love this stuff!
