Fantastic salami

Climax jerky is one of the best companies to ever buy elk beef buffalo jerky now I’ve tried the elk salami I will be using that for pizza and sandwiches great stuff

    Little dried out ....

    Although the meat still tastes good. It's not near the freshness of what I bought at our local City of Thornton winterfest. Given the extreme cost I'm not sure i would purchase again.

    Last bag was good, but not as good as first. Ate a little, threw the rest in freezer a couple days and somehow it tasted stale or something.
